Apple TV Announces New Lineup of Classic Peanuts Specials

Happiness is a warm puppy — and this summer Apple TV brings an exciting lineup of Peanuts programming. Highlights include the second season of the musical series Camp Snoopy, which premieres Friday, June 26, and a brand-new special, Snoopy Presents: There’s No Place Like Home, Snoopy, debuting Friday, July 31. For the first time on Apple TV, classic Peanuts productions from Mendelson/Melendez — This Is America, Charlie Brown and The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show — arrive on Friday, July 3 and Friday, July 10, respectively. Apple TV remains the exclusive streaming home for classic Peanuts titles and new original programming under an extended partnership with WildBrain, Peanuts Worldwide, and Lee Mendelson Film Productions through 2030.

Apple has hosted the Peanuts library since 2020 and built multiple originals in collaboration with Peanuts creators since 2018. The platform is also producing a new animated feature film with WildBrain and Peanuts. In the upcoming feature Snoopy Unleashed, Snoopy runs away from home, prompting Charlie Brown and the gang to journey into the vibrant Big City to find him — and to discover that true friendship means loving each other as they are.

Apple TV’s Peanuts originals have earned awards and nominations, including Snoopy in Space, The Snoopy Show, and Camp Snoopy. The Snoopy Presents anthology has delivered acclaimed specials such as It’s the Small Things, Charlie Brown; Lucy’s School; To Mom (and Dad), With Love; One-of-a-Kind Marcie; Welcome Home, Franklin; For Auld Lang Syne; and A Summer Musical. Apple TV’s Peanuts Summer Slate New Releases

CAMP SNOOPY | Season 2 – FRIDAY, JUNE 26th

Snoopy and the Beagle Scouts return to Camp Spring Lake for more outdoor fun. Alongside Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang, they hike, swim, campfire sing, and take on classic summer camp challenges — from searching for the elusive hedge toad to debating hot dogs versus hamburgers. Season two is executive produced by Paige Braddock, Chris Bracco, Rob Boutilier, Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts, and Logan McPherson.

THIS IS AMERICA, CHARLIE BROWN | Premieres July 3rd

From Mendelson/Melendez Productions comes the first animated miniseries in television history, now streaming on Apple TV. This Is America, Charlie Brown (1988) follows the Peanuts characters through key moments in American history and culture, including episodes like The Birth of the Constitution, The Wright Brothers at Kitty Hawk, and The Great Inventors, offering families an engaging, character-driven view of events that shaped the United States.

THE CHARLIE BROWN AND SNOOPY SHOW | Premieres July 10th

The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show (1983–1986), adapted from Charles M. Schulz’s Peanuts comic strip, debuts on Apple TV with 18 episodes that bring classic comic storylines to life. The series highlights the daily experiences, anxieties, and humor of the Peanuts gang, from Charlie Brown’s misadventures to Snoopy’s imaginative fantasies.

When Snoopy’s doghouse is accidentally sold at a yard sale, he’s heartbroken.
