- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 box chocolate pudding mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 can Nestle La Lechera dulce de leche
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg white
- Powdered sugar (optional, for frosting)
How do you make Chocolate Cupcakes with Dulce de Leche Cream Cheese?
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, Greek yogurt, chocolate pudding mix, and water. Beat on medium-low until the ingredients are combined, then increase to medium and beat for one minute to create a smooth batter. Set the batter aside.
For the cheesecake filling, place the cream cheese and dulce de leche in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about 30 seconds to soften. Add the egg white and beat until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Set the cheesecake filling aside.
Line 24 muffin tin cups with cupcake liners. Add a medium scoop of the chocolate cake batter to the bottom of each liner, smoothing it slightly with a spoon. Add a small scoop of the dulce de leche cheesecake mixture into the center of each cupcake, then top with another medium scoop of chocolate batter to fully enclose the filling.

Gently shake the muffin tin to level the batter if needed. Bake the cupcakes for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake portion (not the filling) comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.

- 1/2 can of Nestle Le Lechera Dulce de Leche

Instructions

- Combine cake mix, eggs, yogurt, pudding, and water.
- Beat on medium low until combined. Then, beat for 1 minute on medium.
