Tropical Bliss Cocktail Recipe: Refreshing Pineapple Rum Drink

Naturally I couldn’t stop at one cocktail… So, as promised, here’s bonus round #2 featuring Three Olives Elvis Presley™ Coconut Water Vodka.

I kept the tropical vibe going (though I briefly toyed with a chocolate-covered coconut cocktail — interesting idea, right?). This one is called “Tropical Bliss.” It’s less sweet than “Shake, Rattle, & Roll,” but still delivers a lush sunset of fruit flavors with a bright little zing from fresh lime juice.

This cocktail makes me crave summer right now — the slow, lazy kind where days stretch on and doing nothing feels like the best thing in the world. Instead of running around playing tag like I used to, I imagine sitting on the back porch with a Tropical Bliss, watching our ridiculous dog bound about.

I have major envy for the teachers who get the whole summer off right now…

Disclaimer: I was asked to review and create recipes for Three Olives Vodka. I have been compensated, but all opinions are my own.
