These Paleo Vegan Pecan Pie Bites are tender and warmly spiced with a satisfying pecan crunch. Ready in minutes, they make a perfect little treat that’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened.

These no-bake bites are incredibly easy and versatile. Their soft, cookie-dough-like center with chopped pecans throughout delivers a pecan-pie flavor without the time and effort of baking a pie. If you want a quick fix for a pie craving, these hits the spot.

Date-Free Option
While dates are common in energy bites, these are intentionally date-free and sweetened with maple syrup, which keeps the texture soft and allows you to mix everything by hand—no food processor needed. The pecan butter both flavors and binds the dough; almond butter can be used as a substitute.
If you prefer date-sweetened versions, try the Paleo Vegan Carrot Cake Bites or the Vegan Paleo German Chocolate Bites for a different flavor profile.

Only a handful of pantry-friendly ingredients are needed, and the recipe comes together quickly by mixing in a bowl. Pecan butter gives the most authentic pecan-pie flavor, but almond butter works well too. Don’t skip the cinnamon—its warm spice is essential.

These paleo vegan pecan pie bites are a fast, portable sweet treat that stores well in the fridge. Here are a few more no-bake bite ideas you might enjoy:
