To make these crostini, slice a loaf of French bread on a slight diagonal into 1/2 to 1-inch thick slices. Arrange the slices on a rimmed baking sheet and top each piece with a slice of white cheddar. While the cheese melts in the oven, thinly slice a honeycrisp apple. When the crostini are golden and the cheese is melty, finish each one with a bit of prosciutto, a few apple slices, and some peppery arugula, then drizzle everything lightly with honey.
