Peach Fizz Jello Shots are about to become your go-to summer cocktail! Super easy to make and crazy good, these shots disappear in a flash!

Peach is one of my favorite summer flavors—sweet, fragrant, and perfect for warm-weather gatherings. When I set out to create a new batch of unique jello shots for our summer parties, peach had to be included. These Peach Fizz Jello Shots quickly became a must-make whenever there’s a celebration. They’re simple to prepare, light and refreshing, and they always vanish fast.

Finding a good peach-flavored vodka can be tricky, but Alizé Peach Vodka nailed it. It’s lower proof, making it ideal for party-friendly drinks, and the aroma is all about ripe peaches. Alizé Peach blends ripe, juicy peach flavor with premium French vodka, creating a spirit that’s great on the rocks or mixed into bright, fruity cocktails. It also works beautifully in these jello shots.

I tested two variations at a recent party: one made with lemon-lime soda for a lighter, fizzy version and another made with champagne for a bellini-like twist. Both were crowd-pleasers. For a polished presentation, top each shot with a thin slice of fresh peach—simple, elegant, and delicious.
Alizé offers several fruity options worth exploring, and their flavored vodkas work well in a wide range of cocktails from cosmos to margaritas. If you enjoy experimenting, try other Alizé flavors for different jello shot variations and creative mixed drinks.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (equivalent to 1 envelope)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup Alizé Peach Vodka
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda or champagne (an asti works well)
- 10 2-ounce plastic cups with lids
- 1 yellow peach, pitted and thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Place the plastic cups in a single layer on a baking sheet to make transporting easier.
- Pour the gelatin powder into a medium mixing bowl. Add the cold water and stir to combine. Let sit 3 to 5 minutes until the gelatin blooms.
- In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup water to a simmer. Pour the hot water into the bowl with the gelatin and whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Add the sugar and whisk until it has dissolved.
- Stir in the Alizé Peach Vodka and the lemon-lime soda or champagne until blended.
- Pour the mixture into the plastic cups, filling nearly to the top.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or until the jello has fully set.
- Cover each cup with a lid and keep chilled until serving. Top with a thin peach slice for a pretty finish, if desired.
